I just wanted to thank you for all that you have done for me. In the short time that I have known you, you have taken care of me like family. You helped me with my van more than once and knowing that I drive a lot for my business when it had problems again you wanted to make sure I was safe and it was determined that we needed a new one. When I got the new (used) van you did the inspection and dealt directly with the sales person to rectify the problems. You made me feel very comfortable when I spent the day in your waiting room. You offered to take me anywhere I needed to go and when I chose to stay you even bought me lunch.
When I was stranded on the road and you had already left for the evening, you turned your car around, picked me up, drove my van to your shop and then took me all the way home. That is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. Then when my husband’s car had trouble, you checked it out for us, compared the different options so we could make an informed decision on what to do. When we again needed to trade that one in you allowed us to leave it in your lot for the weekend and helped when it was to be picked up by the tow truck. You never once would accept money until you knew things were fixed right. You gave of your time freely and without a second thought.
You and your crew have won a place in my heart and are definitely my car mechanics for life. In times like these when it is so hard to find people that actually do what they say they are going to do, you have exceeded.You have chosen the perfect name for your family business “CLEARVIEW” because that’s exactly what you do, give us a “CLEARVIEW” of our cars.
